Comprehending the progression of technology and business gives us a reference point and perspective on the reality of change. In some ways, the nature of business has changed more in the past year than it did in the five prior. The speed is accelerating, which is no surprise for most. This is a critical fact for businesses.

What does this mean to us? Other than the obvious fact that we have to learn how to accommodate change in our business product, we also have to design our business model for flexibility and changeability. We have to become fluid.
